Art Opening for “Bodies Up for Grabs: Reproduction, Politics and the Sacred”
This exhibit marks the 50th anniversary of Judson Memorial’s ongoing fight for reproductive rights. Curated by Laura Jane Kenny, this mixed medium exhibition explores women’s experiences with reproductive rights, ideas of bodily ownership, notions of legality, and recognizes today’s courageous women and men who risk their lives and livelihood to assure women their own reproductive choices.
**After the opening, the exhibit will be open to the public through Wednesday, May 24, 2017, from 12:00pm-2:00pm and 6:00pm-8:00pm.
